The Power of Now! (no, it’s not a book review)

, , ,

Are you constantly feel mental exhaustion and emotionally drained? Do you feel you have no control over what happens in your life? I will not tell you what to do since I am still working on that area in my life, but I think the video below will help you a bit as it also benefits me.

Adapted from Psych2Go YouTube channel

This video is adapted from the Psych2Go YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/hxCvJJv2vw8. The original video is about becoming more emotionally mature, and one of the tips is being present. Learning to live in the moment really helps me out. Just focus on the now, and as I quote my ex-boss: “Leave the problems for another day.”

It is not a subject I usually follow. However, recently I have been interested in self-mastery. I will elaborate more on the topic once I dig deeper into it. But if you are keen to learn more about yourself, I got a helpful YouTube video comprised of a quick personality test: https://youtu.be/iJkGRt0BZPQ. Try it out!

See you, and keep on learning!
