Over the last 13 years climbing the career ladder, I have encountered my fair share of challenges. Contrary to popular belief, the higher you go, the challenges don't necessarily get tougher. But I won't lie - there were moments when they felt almost too much to handle. Nevertheless, the persistence paid off. My quest for finding the right career path turned out to be a journey of self-discovery. It guided me to find my core values and, eventually, my current role which is a true-fit for my professional fulfillment.
