Kickstart My Morning: Discovering Early Clarity

Lately, things have felt chaotic, and my goal is to bring some order to that chaos. So I've decided to embark on the journey of daily journaling, starting with this morning. Discipline Equation: Equation to live by

I talk about the roulette table of my life. It's a frame I think through where we wake up in the morning with these 24 chips. If you spend 8 hours sleeping, you wake up with 16 chips left. And how you place those chips on this roulette table that sits in front of us just before the wheel spins every day determines all of our outcomes in our lives.

It is so not me as I was always very excited about work. So I did a little contemplation and self-check this morning.

Vitamin for the Low Spirit: Seth Godin’s Newsletter

Motivation booster is not necessarily found in expensive things as traveling abroad or some exotic places. Busy Season Survival Tips

Budgeting season is one of the busiest seasons for a Finance person. I used to be a radio person back then at school. I studied, showered, had dinner, or did any activities while listening to the radio. I still make that habit on YouTube or Spotify instead of the radio. Here is the list of my favorite YouTube or Spotify items during the busy season for your reference.

November Gratitude Journal :)

Yesterday, I was still at the office at 11 pm, and my work was still far from done. Failure after failure draining my energy and pushing me into self inadequacy thought. I got all my problems occupying my mind like a tangled long thread. I was prepared to stay at the office and come home early in the morning to change clothes. But then my husband booked a hotel room in front of my office, picked up my belongings from home, and went to the hotel. On the spur of the moment, my mind counts the blessings of such a robust support system surrounding me.
