Hello, awesome professionals! This afternoon, I stumbled upon a very enlightening post by Anthony on coping with anger which resonates a lot with me that I just had to share it with you all. 🎉 Like many of us, I have dealt with moments of intense irritation and anger at work, often triggered by encounters with irresponsible colleagues.

There were times when my anger was so intense that I felt physical heat, particularly in my neck. I recall one such moment when my anger and frustration were so overpowering that not only did I feel the burning sensation, but my head also throbbed with pain. I became so concerned that I quickly measured my blood pressure, only to find it had soared to an unprecedented level. 🙁

It was a wake-up call for me, a moment of such fury that I could never allow myself to reach again. It taught me a critical lesson on the real impact of anger. It harms me more than anyone else, both mentally and physically.

Thus, I decided to share Anthony’s post here as I believe it can be beneficial for many of us. It serves as a reminder and a guide to handle such intense emotions through forgiveness.
